Spacious and well-decorated room with a large size 🏨. Comes with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a cozy sitting area.

The location is particularly good and the food is great. The rooms are stylish and impressive, and are complete with an extraordinary balcony, the lovely view attached, as for instance.

Impeccably clean and huge rooms with king bed and nice bar area. Good location by the beach or poolside, nice facilities.

The staff here is really friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated with a comfortable king bed and sofa.

everything was really good and i enjoyed spa centre. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of meals. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect as it was close to bars and restaurants. a gym area, a spa and a gym were right on spot. by the way, i paid gbp 8 per 24 hours to access the web.

The location in a beach area was stunning and lovely. There were an old market and a flea market around the hotel. New-fashioned huge room, television with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe were appreciated.

Some people working there were inconsiderate.

We had a great time at this stunningly beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, especially the concierge and receptionist.

The staff upgraded our room for free to special rooms in the royal wing, second day of check in was my young son birthday and the animation crew arranged for a party for him and gave him a good gift all of this for free, it was really good trip and more than wonderful hotel, thanks for all staff there and thx for Booked.net for the very good rate.

Good diving infrastructure, large sleeping rooms, breakfast buffet really extensive and not to complain about.

Internet connection very bad, only in the lounge and many failures. The plant is partly outdated. Pool area a little neglected. Despite the request to save water, towels were constantly changed. Peronal has partly no bad English knowledge.

Resort is good ...with lot for children....it was a great exp....

Corridor is dirty and has bad smell...resort is old and I dont think 5 star??? Should be 3 or 4 max..

The location is stunning and lovely, just a short walk to public transport, a restaurant for dinner, and a rocky beach. the units are perfectly clean with a wonderful view and include a comfortable sofa.

I can't think of anything special about this hotel.

This is the largest hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with only 400+ rooms which makes the different areas in the hotel (I.E. lobby, Resturant, bar, etc) empty despite that it was fully booked during my stay! What I really didn't like about this hotel is the quality of service either inside or outside the room. It was really difficult to get simple services particularly in the lobby and at the pool side E.G. it was not possible to order tea/coffee/ juices in the lobby (a normal service in any 5 stars hotel!) and could not easily order the same at the pool side (despite there was a Resturant next to the pool). Room service particularly housekeeping was horrible. They basically do not clean the room well and no replacements are made on the usable items. To sum up, this is definetily not a 5 stars hotel and I would recommend that if you are looking for high quality service normally provided by 5 stars hotels select a worldwide known hotels.

Hotel was pleasent

I had 2 rooms & 1 smelt like a sewage works. It had cockroaches & I had the same complaint every day & was never moved or offered any compensation.
